How can you tell when sour cream is bad?
Well since its sour to begin with, how can you tell? Obviously if it has mold, its a problem. But let’s assume the sour cream has been kept in the fridge all the time.
USUALLY and i do say USUALLY ther is a best by date on the package. But lets say for some dumb reason you dont have the package..stick to an easy rule…dont eat it 14 days after it has been opened. It is a really really SAFE way to know you wont get sick
