i found some china teacups and saucers at a yardsale that were made in occupied japan…just wanted to know what years japan was occupied…thanks

Japan was lead by the Allied Powers (USA and Great Britain).
The time when Japan was occupied was at the end of WW 2. A peace treaty was signed on September 8 1951, and this came into effect, and made Japan back into an independent state in April 28, 1952.
