Help, I need to know what is missing from this menu Buffet? Party 65people?
Delicatessen & plate rolls, baked ziti, meatballs meat, pepper & onions w Keilbasa, Chicken Wings (Honey BBQ), chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, garlic bread or sticks, ham / Asparagus wraps, shrimp and cocktail sauce, deviled eggs, taco dip (salsa sourcream and tacomeat with cheese melted on top) with buckets, Pepperoni and Cheese Platter crackers, fruit tray and Grapes, Chips & Dip, Cheese Puffs, Brownies, ChocoChip Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, Lemon Squares, Chex Mix, a platter of vegetables, salad, beer, wine, cocktails, sodas, juice boxes for children Ketchup, Mayo, relish, mustard, salad dressings I was thinking of adding one or a few appetizers, perhaps weenies cocktail sauce or pigs in a blanket maybe a few additions, I feel I lack potatoes. but I do not know how to add just a dish of potatoes, without it.Most to accompany main dishes are sauce. If I add potatoes, I need to add a dish of meat separate too? 65 people will be there, and I cook everything myself.
Potato salad This would be perfect, since you cut the cold plate. I like potatoes with cheese is great for large crowds with hash browns frozen, sour cream, cream of chicken, cheese. Google the recipe. It would be a great dish to include. This is the first thing I would tend to choose.
