How do chips and cracks really affect the value of a coin collection of pottery or glass?
For example, pottery and glass Roseville Carnival? I have a bucket of ice with a green glass Heisey mark on the bottom. He had an almost microscopic "Glitter" on the upper edge and hear the antique and collectors lament, be virtually worthless. Is this true or are they just looking to make a difference for an exceptional case?
good antique collectors will always choose the gap on the elements to get them cheaper.
