Milk, good or bad? Part II
As promised in Part I, I give you a more accurate advice on whether to consume or the name of milk, I'll tell you below the point of view of some famous doctors or naturopaths.
Mr. Vogel (famous naturopath Switzerland)
"Provided it is a high quality, milk is a valuable food. However, given the poor health of many animals that are often suffering from tuberculosis, milk is not indicated in all cases. In arthritis and affection serious, it is best to completely avoid dairy products. "
Dr. Emile Plisnier (homeopath) "Milk is a food too rich. Thus we see immediately that it must be taken, always with discretion. If not fatten the gut enough to prevent assimilation of food materials. Milk contains many proteins. For this reason, it is the plague of dyspeptic thin that it is recommended to increase volume, or allergic reactions which agrees well with the temperament that food rich in protein. Experience shows that it has only rarely see thin, but almost always tired. "
Georgia Knap (naturopath precursor, it has inspired the work and theories of Martin and Andre reason Passages)
"The milk may be accepted in exceptional circumstances. This is harmful, it is the daily intake for ten, twenty or thirty years of a milk bowl every morning. "
Knap recommended to use milk in the following form, called the "Georgia": "Put on low heat pasteurized milk and not, as it warms, it pours, stirring, the following mixture: half a spoonful of rennet and a spoonful of pure water. When the milk reaches 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, the move away from heat and beat for half a minute, then let him put back 4 to 5 hours at a temperature of at least 25 degrees Celsius. The draining of the whey should be fast. With this stage, you got a quark, which you now put in a colander. In 3 or 4 hours of casein loses almost its lactic acid. There was then whisking it, add water pure or until thick fluid consistency to your liking. "
Dr. Hazel Parcels (naturopath, it reaches the critical period 106 times)
"Milk is lonely nutrition we have that produces mucus some. Glaire indicates nutrition partially digested. It is directed the abdomen is also carried further as the sinus cavities that nasal commitment evacuated. "
Dr. Andrew Weil MD (unique documentation of new American doctors, with revenues optional)
"The problems of intolerance Lactose is a great cause of the break in the consumption of milk, but it is certainly not the principal. The milk protein, casein, could also irritate the immune structure using the sequence of mucus, which tends to the exact interior, to aggravate the difficulties of Allergy, asthma, eczema, bronchitis, sinusitis also difficulties to ear infections and young children. "
Conclusion
It is noteworthy that the majority of naturopaths or doctors observing the rules of health care in respecting the laws of nature, discourages consumption of milk, but are not opposed to a thrifty consumer dairy products like cheese, cheese or low fat natural yogurt 100% (the Most yoghurts sold today in stores and supermarkets, have not much to do with real yogurt!).
In Ayurvedic medicine, whether or not to drink milk or consume dairy products, will be determined by your "dosha" (that to say your type, according to the criteria Ayurvedic).
To conclude on this theme, I offer you, for example, the Budwig cream, popularized by the famous Dr. Catherine Kusmin, moreover, which is related to a small extent of pale cheese pleasant.
Note: Again, some naturopaths criticize the use of the Budwig cream. When properly prepared, the preparation will benefit the majority of the population, but like anything, there are exceptions, more fragile organizations who will have to separate the mixture for a while, until can be adequately tolerated.
I write the same way another article on milk: Can we consider that milk with 2 percent of the volume nutrient fat is not very abundant in fat? you must have proof of this article that the usance milk is reduced of skim milk to be tightened. If you like dairy goods it is quite preferable to choose one OR yogurt 0% fat: milkfat
