Is this a good loss plan fat?
I am 21, 5'6 "and weight 126. I'm looking to lose weight and tone up abit .. I started: healthy eating, and eating about 1400 calories per day. Every day I do my strength training in my room. 20 repetitions 3 sets for the stomach (crunches, leg lifts and so on, with the legs.) I lift my irons and a bucket lift heavy weights. I lack at the moment. With my strength training I also walk 10-15 minutes of action. I walk one hour before dinner, one day, with some light jogging. I am recovering from a foot injury and has weak lungs. When I'm not doing my strength training, I jump rope, 700. I eat normally. Breakfast can be grain, sand or wheat peanut butter and egg white. I drink black coffee with just .. dairyman. No sugar. I also take a multi vitamin. Lunch is usually turkey or tuna with vegetables. Before dinner, I eat an apple or a yogurt or as a snack and dinner, that's what my mother cooks, but I eat until I'm full and slow.
Sounds really good for me. This will help you save on lean muscle mass. Gaining muscle is not good for immediate weight loss but it will help to keep this off. My advice is that you add in 2 protein shakes a day so that, before meals. This will help to put on muscle. This will obviously slow down your results, as I said. To honest, muscle weighs more than fat, but it will be harder to gain the weight back unless you're sitting on the couch and postscripts lazy.
