I brought this tea and it is made of Rhodiola, eleuthero, patchouli. Chinese cornbind, red peony root, livorice, tender green leaves tea, jasmine flower. It is an anti- adiation, relaxant, and memory improving.
yes I do but the tea should be organic as this is 7 – 10 times higher in the pytochemicals that cure and prevent diseases.
For even better results form herbs use tinctures as the alcohol extracts a lot more potent and helpful chemicals from the plant and it also bypasses digestion and goes right to the bloodstream
the worst way and most common is to use regular non organic herbs and to use them in capsules form and they are not potent or easily absorbable and thus people think they do not work..herbs works but they must be god herbs and in good forms
they also work best in a comprehensive program that includes diet,m nutrition, low stress, exercise, etc and a lifestyle that addresses our physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in other words an holistic approach but often they do work on their own too.
