I have a 96 grand caravan. Exc. cond. Stolen once & recovered. What are the best theft deterrents out there?
Live in Metro D.C. area. Kids steal caravans, throw out seats to steal motorcycles.
Put in a fuel cut off switch. This is usually a toggle switch that is wired into the fuel relay, and is hidden somewhere in the vehicle. If can be mounted under the seat, or the dash.
When the switch is off, the fuel pump is disabled. The car may start, but will quickly die. You may have damage to the ignition, and door, but the van will still be there!
