My Casserole always turns soggy?
I love making casseroles, but when I remove them from the oven theyre still wet. i dont add a lot of liquids. Should I make like broil for 5 minutes at the end or remove the lid? I usually make my casserole with potatoes land and they get drive not crispy. help! thank you!
During the last bit of cooking (15 min. Or almost), remove the lid of your pot. This will dry a little. Keep an eye on him though, you do not want it to dry. The potatoes will not Crisp – talk about a layer higher than you want to up the crust? If so, taking the lid should work.
