Killing time, before time kills me.
Refraction of light through dusty windows, through dusty memories, and then the visions appear before me; holographic specters of rememberance, dancing through portals in time long dead.
The honesty grasps me in naked embrace, the shotglass raised and the amber flows..burning away more than sobriety, burning away the past.
Thoughts collide, spinning into one another to evolve, exchanging cohesion of thought for mental amnesty.
Darkness falling and consciousness following.
I allude to my illusions, and I hope that they may prosper well.
Head on the table and glass on the floor–reality has absconded, and I shall not chase it down tonight.
