They are stamped: Treasure Ware, Warranted 22K Gold by American Limoges, China, CO, Sebring

You can go to Replacements Ltd. in Greensboro, NC, or to their website: http://www.replacements.com/. That’s the company I have used several times over the last 25+ years to identify china patterns. They will send you a price list for your pattern if you ask for one. I have bought from them and sold to them, and they pay about half of what they expect to be able to sell the piece for.
The website has a phone number. You can call them and ask how you can get an identification. They can work with imprints, photocopies, and other descriptive information to match with their vast database of patterns of china, crystal, flatware, and decorative pieces. They identified for me the china that belonged to my German grandmother. It was made in Bavaria in the early part of the Twentieth Century in a factory that has subsequently been destroyed in war. They don’t have any pieces in that pattern, but they do have pictures of it and information about it. They will be happy to work with you on identifying the pattern, particularly if you want to either buy or sell pieces of it.
