Easy Recipes Super Bowl

Part of the Super Bowl seemed like a great idea, but after all the work of the holiday season, many of us do not want to put all that effort again. Other hand, buying everything you need to feed a crowd can be expensive.
Here are easy recipes for Super Bowl, some may even be made in advance.
Chicken wings with garlic apricot
12 whole chicken wings (about 2 pounds) or 24 tracks spread wings
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 / 3 cup apricots
Preheat oven to 350 º F
Mix minced garlic and apricots.
BBQ, oven or grill until almost cooked wings. Brush with apricot mixture garlic and cook until tender.
Make Ahead Notes:
Cook the wings in the early day, then baste with the sauce just before you need it and pop in the oven again to finish.
Blue Cheese Dip
8 ounces blue cheese or Roquefort cheese, softened and broken into small pieces
1 / 2 small onion, grated
Juice of 1 / 2 lemon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 / 2 cup sour cream
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve. Serve with chips, raw vegetables or crackers for dipping.
Make-Ahead Notes:
The blue cheese dip must be refrigerated for at least two hours to allow flavors to combine well together. Nothing says you can not prepare earlier if and refrigerate until serving.
Hot bread filled
Another recipe with many variations tasty.
Take 1 loaf crusty bread along French or Italian and cut into thick slices. Spread each slice with one hand your choice of filling. Put the bread back together and wrap in foil.
Bake at 400 º F for 10 minutes. Open the foil and bake for 5-7 minutes more until crust is crisp and cheese is warm.
Make Ahead Notes:
Make the filling earlier in the day, then just spread it on bread when you're ready to put in the oven.
Bread can also be filled, and wrapped in aluminum foil and frozen until ready to cook in the oven. Just the first thaw and bake for a few minutes more to ensure that the filling gets hot.

Garlic Bread & Herb:
Traditional garlic bread at its best.
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 / 4-1 / 3 quarts butter
3 tablespoons tablespoon chopped parsley
pinch of fresh herbs (chives, basil, rosemary or whatever you prefer)
French Onion Bread:
1 to 8 ounces of cream cheese packaging, softened
Mix 1 envelope onion soup
Ham and blue cheese bread:
1 / 4 pound butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 ounces finely chopped ham
1oz blue cheese, crumbled
Cheese and chive bread:
1 / 4 cup butter 1 / 3
1 to 8 ounces of cheese package cream
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
3 tablespoons other herbs, chopped if desired (or use more chives)
freshly ground black pepper
Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pound large mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper, divided
1 / 8 c. Tea salt
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 cheese oz feta, crumbled
1 / 4 cup dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
1 / 4 cup fresh mint chopped or 1 tsp dried tea
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 º F.
Rinse fungi. dry with paper towels. Remove stems. Combine mushroom caps with 1 tablespoon oil, salt and 1 / 4 c. teaspoon pepper. Place stem Mushroom-side-up on a nonstick baking sheet.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach. Bake until dry. In a bowl. Add feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mint, lemon zest and 1 / 4 c. teaspoon pepper. Mix well. Pour in mushrooms. Bake 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is hot.
